Wir eröffnen zum 15.10.2026 unseren Flagship-Store in Heidelberg und deshalb suchen wir dich als Store ManagerIn (w/m/d)!

  • Du betreust unseren Store und kümmerst dich vor Ort um Personal, Warenbestellungen, Abrechnungen und Inventur
  • Du motivierst dein Team die Store Ziele zu erreichen
  • Du bist AnsprechpartnerIn für alle Mitarbeitenden im Store und übernimmst die Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Du kümmerst dich um Einrichtung, Personal-Akquise bis hin zu Events und Tastings
  • Du bist für unsere Warenpräsentation und unsere Kampagnenumsetzung zuständig

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Spaß am Verkaufen, an der aktiven Kommunikation mit KundInnen und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen zusammen
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und gerne mit Menschen zusammen
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit E-Mail, Telefon und PC
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du strotzt vor Motivation und lebst die Hands-On-Mentalität
