The posting

Omsorgs- og sundhedsområdet står midt i nogle af de største forandringer i mange år. I Odsherred søger vi en centerchef, der kan stå i spidsen for dem – samtidig med at hverdagen skal fungere for de borgere, der hver dag har brug for pleje, omsorg og sundhedsindsatser.

Du får ansvaret for et stort og sammensat center med godt 700 månedslønnede og 250 timelønnede medarbejdere og et budget på ca. 700 mio. kr. Men du kommer også til en kommune, hvor du som centerchef får mulighed for at sætte et tydeligt præg på, hvordan fremtidens pleje, omsorg og sundhed skal se ud i Odsherred.

Der er nok at tage fat på. Ældreloven skal omsættes til praksis, sundhedsreformen ændrer området, økonomistyringen skal styrkes, og sygefraværet skal ned. Samtidig får du en vigtig opgave i at samle ledergruppen om fælles prioriteringer og styrke samarbejdet om de opgaver, der går på tværs. Din opgave bliver at sætte retning, skabe tydelighed og holde fast, når fælles beslutninger skal omsættes til handling.

Vi leder efter en erfaren leder med stor indsigt i ældre- og sundhedsområdet og erfaring med at lede ledere. Du skal kunne begå dig i spændet mellem politik, faglighed, økonomi og drift – og være en chef, som man har lyst til at følge. Vi lægger vægt på et tydeligt og ordentligt lederskab, hvor du både kan lytte, samle og træffe de nødvendige beslutninger.
