Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Einkaufsassistenz - Bestelladministration & Lieferverfolgung (m/w/x)

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit 38,5h

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Als Einkaufsassistenz unterstützen Sie unsere Abteilung Einkauf & Logistik bei der administrativen Abwicklung von Bestellungen und bei der Sicherstellung termingerechter Lieferungen.

Bestelladministration

* Vorbereitung, Erfassung und Versand freigegebener Bestellungen

* Prüfung und Pflege von Artikel-, Mengen-, Preis- und Projektdaten

* Verwaltung und Dokumentation von Bestellunterlagen, Lieferantenangeboten und Schriftverkehr

* Abwicklung freigegebener Bestelländerungen und Stornierungen

* Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferverfolgung

* Anforderung und Kontrolle von Auftragsbestätigungen

* Abgleich von Preisen, Mengen, Lieferterminen und Konditionen

* Nachverfolgung offener Bestellungen und Liefertermine

* Kommunikation mit Lieferanten bei Terminabweichungen und Lieferverzögerungen

* Dokumentation und Weiterleitung von Abweichungen an die Einkaufsleitung

Wareneingang und Rechnungsprüfung

* Abstimmung mit Lager und internen Projektverantwortlichen

* Zuordnung von Lieferscheinen zu Bestellungen und Projekten

* Unterstützung bei Reklamationen, Rücksendungen und Gutschriften

* Abgleich von Rechnungen mit Bestellungen, Auftragsbestätigungen und Lieferscheinen

Allgemeine Administration

* Pflege von Lieferanten- und Artikelstammdaten

* Führung aktueller Bestell- und Lieferübersichten

* Administrative Unterstützung des Einkaufs- und Logistikteams

Ihr Profil

* Kaufmännische Kenntnisse, idealerweise durch eine abgeschlossene kaufmännischeAusbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel, E-Mail und gängigen Büroanwendungen

* Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen bzw. Bereitschaft, sich in diese einzuarbeiten

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Verlässlichkeit im Umgang mit Lieferanten und Kollegen

* Technisches Grundverständnis

* Zum Erreichen des Arbeitsortes wird ein eigenes Fahrzeug benötigt

Unser Angebot
