Als Sales Manager Energy-Software und Consulting managst Du in spannenden Kundensegmenten die Auftragsgewinnung für unsere Lösungen im Bereich Software (EnEffCo®) und Consulting mit einem regionalen Fokus. Wir besetzen eine Stelle mit Fokus NRW mit Dienstsitz am Standort der Veolia Industriepark Deutschland GmbH in Heinsberg und eine Stelle mit Fokus Süddeutschland im Homeoffice. In beiden Fällen arbeitest Du eng mit unserem Sales- und Marketing-Team in Berlin zusammen.

Das erwartet Dich

  • Bedarfserkennung und Identifikation der passenden Lösung
  • Vorstellung von EnEffCo® und Consulting-Leistungen beim Kunden inkl. Reisetätigkeit
  • Aktive Akquise von Neukunden für unsere Software-Beratungsleistungen und für unsere Netzwerke Energieeffizienz und Klimaschutz
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Verantwortung für Ausschreibungen mit Support des Back-Office Teams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachexperten zur Klärung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Neukundengewinnung
  • Aktives Account Management sowie Up- und Cross-Selling bei unseren Bestandskunden

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (technisch, kaufmännisch oder kommunikativ) oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Expertise und Motivation , Kunden über alle relevanten Vertriebswege anzusprechen, Kundenbedürfnisse zu identifizieren und Kunden von unseren Lösungen zu überzeugen
  • Ausgeprägte Hunter-Mentalität
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten, bevorzugt im Bereich Software und im industriellen Energiekontext
  • Idealerweise besitzt Du bereits ein Netzwerk von Industriekunden unterschiedlicher Branchen in der Fokus-Region
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
