Das kannst Du bewirken

  • Entwicklung innovativer Softwarelösungen für medizintechnische Hightech\-Produkte – von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Software\-Architektur bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Verifikation sicherheitskritischer Software gemäss EN 62304 und geltenden Qualitätsstandards
  • Neu\- und Weiterentwicklung automatisierter Unit\- und Software\-Integrationstests zur Sicherstellung höchster Softwarequalität
  • Mitgestaltung technischer Konzepte, Architekturen und innovativer Lösungsansätze im gesamten Softwareentwicklungsprozess
  • Durchführung von Code\-Reviews sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Softwarequalität und Wartbarkeit
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Softwaredokumentationen unter Berücksichtigung regulatorischer Anforderungen
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Projektteams sowie internen und externen Partnern wie Prüflaboren oder Forschungsinstituten

Das zeichnet Dich aus

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektronik, Software Engineering, Systemtechnik, Medizintechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Embedded Softwareentwicklung, idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C\+\+ sowie fundierte Erfahrung in der \-Programmierung
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Firmware für Mikrocontroller (ARM Cortex\-M)
  • Praxis in der Erstellung und Automatisierung von Unit\-Tests (z. B. mit Google Test) sowie Software\-Systemtests
  • Vertraut mit modernen Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und agilen Methoden wie Scrum oder Kanban
  • Zertifizierungen im Bereich Requirements Engineering (z. B. IREB CPRE) und Software Testing (z. B. ISTQB CTFL) sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Freude daran, technische Herausforderungen nachhaltig zu lösen
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und die Motivation, innovative Produkte aktiv mitzugestalten
