Die Einkauf & Service GmbH ist die zentrale Drehscheibe für die Beschaffung und Auslieferung des täglichen Bedarfs des Österreichischen Roten Kreuzes. In der Auftragsannahme bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle und trägst dazu bei, dass Hilfe zuverlässig dort ankommt, wo sie benötigt wird.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Du nimmst Bestellungen über verschiedene Kanäle entgegen und sorgst für eine reibungslose Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Mit deiner freundlichen und lösungsorientierten Art berätst du unsere Kund:innen kompetent zu Produkten, Bestellungen und individuellen Anliegen.
  • Du betreust unseren Webshop sowie unseren Shop vor Ort und sorgst für ein positives Einkaufserlebnis.
  • Du erstellst und verfolgst Angebote und unterstützt unsere Kund:innen von der Anfrage bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
  • Reklamationen und Anfragen bearbeitest du professionell, serviceorientiert und mit dem Ziel, die bestmögliche Kund:innenzufriedenheit zu erreichen.
  • Du pflegst wichtige Kund:innen- und Stammdaten und trägst so zu einer hohen Datenqualität und reibungslosen Prozessen bei.
  • Du bringst deine Ideen bei der Sortimentsgestaltung ein und unterstützt bei Preisgestaltung sowie Marktbeobachtung.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS, Lehre oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Vertriebsinnendienst oder in einer ähnlichen Position
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel; Kenntnisse in Navision sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung sowie ein freundliches und kommunikatives Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zahlenaffinität sowie eine sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich medizinischer Verbrauchsmaterialien
