Dank Ihrer natürlichen Führungspersönlichkeit und Ihrer erworbenen Managementkompetenzen sind Sie in der Lage, ein Verkaufs\- und Administrativteam erfolgreich zu leiten und zu motivieren.

Sorgfalt, Belastbarkeit sowie ausgeprägte Organisations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zählen zu Ihren besonderen Stärken.

Ihre kommerzielle Weitsicht in Verbindung mit einer fundierten Kenntnis des Apothekenumfelds ermöglicht es Ihnen, die Erwartungen unserer Kundinnen und Kunden schnell zu erkennen und ihnen die für ihre Bedürfnisse am besten geeigneten Lösungen anzubieten.

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie in Übereinstimmung mit den Unternehmenszielen
  • Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung Ihrer Teams
  • Pflege und Ausbau des Kundenportfolios (Apotheken, Institutionen usw.)
  • Verhandlung von Geschäftsbedingungen und Verträgen mit strategischen Partnern
  • Steuerung und Analyse der Vertriebsleistung sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen zur Förderung von Innovationen und Produktverbesserungen
  • Repräsentation der Gruppe bei internen und externen Veranstaltungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium als Apotheker/in mit ausgeprägter Verkaufsorientierung und starkem unternehmerischem Denken
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition im Vertrieb oder Verkaufsmanagement
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams, idealerweise im Vertrieb
  • Schweizerdeutsche/deutsche Muttersprache sowie sehr gute Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit, hohe Entscheidungsfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Ergebnisorientierung und hervorragende Verhandlungskompetenzen
  • Gute Kenntnisse des Schweizer Apothekenmarktes und seiner Akteure

Arbeitsort: Zürich/Bern mit regelmässigen Reisen an die verschiedenen Standorte der Gruppe sowie zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden
