* Contribuer au maintien de la sécurité intérieure et extérieure de la Suisse, examiner les mesures policières préventives correspondantes, instruire les cas et prononcer les mesures concernées * Mener de manière indépendante des procédures administratives * Mener de manière autonome des procédures pénales administratives dans le cadre de la loi sur les précurseurs de substances explosibles (LPSE) * Représenter fedpol dans les procédures de recours devant les instances de recours internes à l'administration et devant les tribunaux en français et/ou en italien * Accompagner et coordonner l'exécution des mesures prononcées entre les services internes et externesconcernés * Assurer occasionnellement une disponibilité opérationnelle en dehors des heures de travail usuelles en cas d'urgence * Traiter des affaires politiques et des questions juridiques * Représenter fedpol au sein des groupes d'experts et des organes interdépartementaux au niveau national

****Ce qui vous rend unique****

* Diplôme universitaire en droit de niveau master et connaissances approfondies en procédure administrative et/ou en droitpénal administratif * Au moins cinq ans d'expérience pratique en droit procédural * Raisonnement analytique, capacité à comprendre des contextes juridiques complexes et excellentes compétences rédactionnelles * Sens des responsabilités et plaisir à collaborer en équipe * Grande discrétion et respect strict de la confidentialité dans l'exercice de ses fonctions * Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites d'au moins deux langues officielles, connaissances passives d'une troisième langue officielle

La division Prévention de la criminalité de fedpol est responsable des domaines suivants : Mesures et projets, violence lors de manifestations sportives et prévention des menaces en lien avec la sécurité intérieure.
