Krijg jij energie van cijfers analyseren, processen verbeteren en financiële inzichten omzetten in actie?In deze functie combineer je project controlling met rapportering, ERP en digitalisering. Je werkt nauw samen met de financiële afdeling en projectleiders en helpt de organisatie haar projecten en financiële resultaten steeds beter te begrijpen.

  • Loon: € 3.500 tot € 3.800 bruto per maand.
  • Inhoud: een combinatie van financiële analyse, projectopvolging, rapportering en ERP-optimalisatie.
  • Voordelen: maaltijdcheques, groepsverzekering, hospitalisatieverzekering en bespreekbare netto onkostenvergoeding.
  • Werkregeling: verplichtte aanwezigheid tussen 9.00 en 16.00 uur.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Analyseren van projectresultaten en opvolgen van kosten, opbrengsten en marges.
  • Onderzoeken van afwijkingen en onverwachte kosten en controleren of kosten correct verdeeld zijn over de projecten.
  • Opvolgen van gepresteerde uren, materiaalverbruik, onderaanneming en andere projectgerelateerde uitgaven.
  • Voorbereiden en opstellen van financiële managementrapporteringen.
  • Uitwerken van budget-versus-actualanalyses, forecasts en KPI-rapporteringen.
  • Ondersteunen bij cashflow- en liquiditeitsprognoses en financiële analyses voor audits.
  • Meewerken aan de implementatie, testing en verdere optimalisatie van het ERP-systeem.
  • Controleren van datakwaliteit en meedenken over dashboards en efficiëntere rapporteringen.
  • Optimaliseren van bestaande Excel-processen en administratieve workflows.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van subsidiedossiers, inclusief de financiële informatie en deadlines.
  • Op termijn financiële inzichten bespreken met projectleiders en meedenken over verbeteracties.

  • Je denkt analytisch en wilt begrijpen waarom cijfers bepaalde resultaten tonen.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel en ERP-systemen.
  • Je bent communicatief en durft vragen te stellen wanneer iets niet duidelijk is.
  • Je zoekt zelfstandig informatie op en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je neem initiatief en voelt je goed in een omgeving waar je zelf structuur helpt aanbrengen.
  • Kennis van Power BI is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute must.
