Ben jij sterk in plannen, heb je technische feeling en hou je ervan om problemen op te lossen?Zorg ervoor dat interventies vlot verlopen en klanten snel geholpen worden. In deze gevarieerde functie krijg je verantwoordelijkheid, werk je nauw samen met techniekers en maak je elke dag het verschil.Wat mag je verwachten?

  • € 3.800 – € 4.400 bruto per maand op voltijdse basis, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
  • Meteen een vast contract bij opstart.
  • 32 verlofdagen: 20 vakantiedagen en 12 ADV-dagen.
  • Een moderne werkplek in Izegem met korte communicatielijnen en veel zelfstandigheid.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor servicevragen van klanten.
  • Je brengt technische problemen in kaart en verzamelt de nodige informatie.
  • Je overlegt met techniekers en leveranciers om de juiste oplossing te vinden.
  • Je vraagt prijzen, beschikbaarheden en leveringstermijnen van onderdelen op.
  • Je plant interventies in op basis van urgentie, beschikbaarheid en leveringstermijnen.
  • Je stuurt de planning bij wanneer de situatie verandert.
  • Je houdt klanten, techniekers en leveranciers op de hoogte.
  • Je volgt openstaande servicevragen op tot alles correct is afgehandeld.

Waar ga je werken?Je komt terecht in een familiale KMO met een moderne werkplek en een open, informele sfeer. Je werkt nauw samen met de planningsverantwoordelijke en de techniekers. De communicatie is rechtstreeks en de structuur is vlak. Hier krijg je vertrouwen, maar wordt ook verwacht dat je initiatief neemt en meedenkt.

  • Je hebt ervaring in planning, servicecoördinatie of een technische binnendienst.
  • Je hebt technische interesse en begrijpt dat niet elk probleem evenveel tijd vraagt.
  • Je denkt logisch, stelt de juiste vragen en zoekt praktisch naar oplossingen.
  • Je bewaart het overzicht wanneer meerdere vragen tegelijk binnenkomen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt afspraken nauwgezet op.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands, zeer goed Engels en voldoende Frans om jezelf te behelpen.
  • Je bent klantgericht en collegiaal. Je kijkt niet voortdurend op de klok wanneer een klant nog hulp nodig heeft.
