Garantir que as atividades estão sendo realizadas baseadas em instruções e procedimentos e de acordo com as normas relacionadas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Receber do supervisor as orientações / prioridades de atividades para o dia e organizar junto as equipes o dia de trabalho, garantindo que os postos de trabalho estejam ocupados conforme as demandas de cada área Monitorar as atividades das áreas do Armazem/depósito/Expedição sob sua responsabilidade, através de cumprimento das ordens de serviços/produção/movimentação, orientando a realização das atividades inclusive nas trocas de turnos, de forma a garantir a produtividade, com máxima segurança e dentro dos parâmetros estabelecidosRealizar a gestão e a orientação técnica das equipes, explicando sobre a execução das atividades ou viabilizando correções quando necessário. É responsável por alocar os empregados devidamente treinados e habilitados nas atividades, de acordo com suas funções. É responsável por realizar o controle de horas da equipe, conforme planejamento da área Realizar apoio a equipe em momentos de intervenção em equipamentos e limpezas no sistema produtivo, a fim de garantir a máxima segurança nos procedimentos.Garantir que todas as manutenções em equipamentos e máquinas sejam programadas e realizadas a fim de que o ativo volte a ficar à disposição da operação Ser um multiplicador dos procedimentos de segurança da empresa, atuando para padronizar condições de segurança e dispositivos, de forma bloquear riscos operacionais e ocorrências de quaisquer tipos de acidentes Controlar o processo de elaboração do inventario mensal e cíclico de estoques físicos de almoxarifado, armazém de café verde, depósito de produto acabado e embalagens Garantir a operação das áreas sem desperdícios, garantindo a organização com foco em 5S, correta identificação e limpeza da áreas Distribuir as rotinas administrativas, referente a recebimento, movimentação e expedição de materiais recebidos e produtos acabados Prestar rígida observância às normas e procedimentos de qualidade, segurança de alimentos, segurança, saúde e meio ambiente da empresa, conforme compromisso com a Política de Gestão Integrada, e de acordo com o Código de Conduta da empresa, bem como seus Valores e Princípios

Requisitos e qualificações

Ensino Médio Completo e/ou Técnico em andamento (Logística)Desejável Ensino Superior em Andamento ( Logística/Administração) Experiência necessária em Logística de Armazém - Inbound e Outbound

Gestão de pessoas

Conhecimento sólido sobre processos de movimentação em Armazém

Conceitos de Segurança do Trabalho

Conhecimento de ferramentas como 5S e housekeeping

Pacote Office Intermediário (Excel e Word)

Noções de Planejamento e Organização
