Wir begleiten Unternehmen gezielt bei der Besetzung anspruchsvoller Schlüsselpositionen – persönlich, diskret und nachhaltig.Für unseren renommierten Auftraggeber mit Sitz in Luxemburg-Stadt suchen wir ab sofort einen Architekten als Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Bauwesen.Sie sind Ansprechpartner für verschiedene Projektphasen (Ausschreibung und Vergabe) und wirken bei baubetrieblichen, betriebswirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Aufgaben in der Bauleitung und Bauüberwachung mit.Unser Kunde ist ein namhaftes Architekturbüro für Großprojekte im öffentlichen Bereich in Luxemburg.Ihre Aufgaben- Kostenermittlung und Kostenverfolgung in allen Projektphasen- Betreuen und Aktualisieren einer Stammdaten- und Baukostendatenbank- Terminliche und fachliche Führung von Ausschreibungs- und Vergabeprozessen- Erstellung von Ausschreibungsunterlagen, darunter vertragliche und technische Vorbemerkungen, Leistungsverzeichnisse, Integration der Terminplanung sowie Erstellung des Kostenvoranschlags- Angebotsauswertung und Vergabe- Mitwirken bei der Vertragserstellung- Mitwirken bei der Überwachung von Projektkosten (z. B.
