Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) in MamerOG Recruitment is your consulting agency for the recruitment of specialists in Luxembourg and the entire border region. We are exclusively concerned with direct placements with our clients. No temporary employment.On behalf of our renowned client with headquarters in Mamer (L) we are looking for an Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) for mechanical and electrical satellite systems.The position will be filled directly and permanent with the client.Our client is an innovative, Luxembourg based high-tech company with several state-of-the-art divisions.Your tasks- Design electrical installations and controller solutions for the satellite ground segment and the rubber industry testing equipment:- Define, document, implement and test new features and technologies in existing or new products,- Create electrical concepts and drawings,- Identify, assess and mitigate safety risks related to electro-mechanical machinery and define electrical safety concepts to address those,- Start-up in-house designed machinery and commercial components.- Interact with internal & external customers and suppliers in order to promote, improve and troubleshoot the customers electrical and automated solutions:- Present, explain and defend important features and concepts in discussions with the customers and use their feedback to improve and troubleshoot the products,- Interact with suppliers to select components and perform obsolescence management.Your profile- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or automation engineering- 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field of activity, including good understanding of electrical and electro-mechanical installations and power electronics- Design of electrical installations, including electro-mechanical devices such as motors, and related drawings (EPLAN P8)- Ability to perform safety analyses of electro-mechanical machinery (using tools such as Safexpert, Sistema) and to design electrical systems fulfilling the common safety norms (such as the machinery directive 2006/42/EC)- PLC software development is considered a plus (e.g. PLCopen Structured Text ST)- Good team spirit- Ability to adapt to new situations and work with various type of stakeholders and partners to achieve the desired results- Ability to work in an English-speaking environment including technical discussions and documentation activities, German, French and Luxembourgish being considered as a plusWhat we offer- A permanent employment contract directly with the client- Attractive salary- Great working atmosphere and modern, multi national working environment- Dynamic environment- Attractive career development opportunitiesHow it proceeds- You are welcome to apply online and click on the "Apply" button- If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone or e-mail.- We will review your documents and arrange a telephone call or personal meeting to get to know you.Discretion comes first- We guarantee the utmost confidentiality of your application.- We work responsibly in accordance with the GDPR.Sounds good?
