Ogres novada pašvaldības Ogres Centrālā bibliotēka aicina darbā ­– bibliotekāru Bērnu literatūras nodaļā (uz nenoteiktu laiku)

Darbinieka amata mērķis – darbs ar bibliotēkas lietotājiem Ogres Centrālās bibliotēkas Bērnu literatūras nodaļā.

Galvenie amata pienākumi:

  • Apkalpot bibliotēkas lietotājus Bērnu literatūras nodaļā;
  • Konsultēt lietotājus informācijas resursu meklēšanā, izguvē, izmantošanā;
  • Veidot tematiskās izstādes, erudīcijas un radošos konkursus, dažādas aktivitātes;
  • Sagatavot un vadīt jaunāko klašu skolēniem mācību nodarbības informācijpratībā;
  • Piedalīties bibliotēkas krājuma veidošanā bērniem un jauniešiem;
  • Pārzināt literatūru, organizēt lasīšanas veicināšanas pasākumus un vadīt tos;
  • Piedalīties bērnu auditorijai paredzētu projektu izstrādē, īstenošanā un norisē.

Prasības pretendentam/-tei:

  • Augstākā akadēmiskā vai augstākā profesionālā izglītība, kas nodrošina amata pienākumu izpildei nepieciešamās zināšanas un prasmes. Bakalaura grāds vai augstākā izglītība bibliotēkzinātnē, informācijas zinātnē, sociālajās/humanitārajās zinātnēs vai pedagoģijā tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību;\
  • Pieredze darbā ar pirmsskolas, un skolas vecuma bērniem un jauniešiem;
  • Pieredze pasākumu plānošanā un vadīšanā;
  • Pieredze darbā bibliotēkā, kultūras vai izglītības jomā tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību;
  • Teicamas sadarbības, komunikācijas un prezentācijas prasmes;
  • Labas iemaņas darbā ar datoru, informācijas tehnoloģijām un digitālajiem rīkiem;
  • Radošums, spēja izrādīt iniciatīvu;
  • Augsta pienākumu apziņa un atbildība, stresa noturība dažādās situācijās;
