Ohlssons grundades 1998 i Landskrona och har idag ca 850 anställda, verksamhet i ett 50-tal kommuner runtom i Sverige och en omsättning på drygt 1,5 miljarder. Företaget bistår kommuner och företag med tjänster inom renhållning, slam och VA, återvinning, transport och entreprenad. I koncernen ingår även Puls – Planerad Underhållsservice AB, Soreto Services AB, Exellent Syd AB, ÖMAB och Tintorella Fastigheter AB.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker en engagerad och noggrann Ekonomiassistent till vår ekonomiavdelning. Som Ekonomiassistent får du möjlighet att arbeta i en bred och omväxlande roll. Du blir en viktig del av teamet som hanterar både kund- och leverantörsreskontra och fungerar som förstalinjens support för ekonomifrågor både internt och externt. Du arbetar i nära samarbete med kollegor inom ekonomi och andra avdelningar och bidrar till att skapa struktur och höggradig service i det dagliga arbetet.

I vardagen arbetar du med hela flödet kring fakturor, från registrering till betalning och uppföljning, samtidigt som du är en central kontaktperson för både kunder och leverantörer.

Huvudsakliga uppgifter

Hantera inkommande leverantörsfakturor, ankomstregistrering och kontering

Sköta påminnelsehantering och inkassoärenden för kund- och leverantörsreskontra

Utföra krediteringar och hantera avvikelser i fakturering

Hantera inbetalningar och bokföringsuppgifter

Hantera kreditspärrar samt genomföra kreditupplysningar

Fungera som first line support för ekonomifrågor via mail och telefon

Profil

Vi letar efter dig som har ett öga för detaljer och en känsla för service. Du trivs när arbetsdagen bjuder på variation och är van att ta ansvar för att strukturera ditt arbete på ett självständigt sätt. Samtidigt uppskattar du att arbeta nära kollegor och bidra till ett positivt samarbete. Med din kommunikativa förmåga och ditt driv hanterar du även perioder med högre tempo på ett lugnt och effektivt sätt.

Erfarenhet och kvalifikationer

Minst gymnasieutbildning

God datorvana och förmåga att arbeta i olika system

Goda kunskaper i svenska, både i tal och skrift

Erfarenhet av liknande arbetsuppgifter och grundläggande redovisningskunskaper, inklusive förståelse för debet och kredit.

Erfarenhet från Visma, Medius eller T5, alternativt motsvarande system ses som meriterande
