Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarungeine technisch versierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit als Produktionsmechaniker/Maschineneinrichter 100%

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll

  • Maschinenbestückung \& Bedienung: Manuelles Einführen der runden Blechrondellen und Starten des automatischen Formprozesses (Einpressen durch den Formarm).
  • Einrichten \& Parametersetzung: Selbstständiges Einstellen der Maschinenparameter (Druck, Wege, Geschwindigkeiten) am Bedienterminal zur Feinjustierung je nach Material, Blechstärke und Charge.
  • Serienfertigung: Präzise Herstellung verschiedener Formvarianten für Lamellen, Regenhüte und Sonderteile.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Maß\- und Sichtprüfung der fertigen Teile sowie Nachkorrektur der Einstellungen bei Materialabweichungen.
  • Wartung: Durchführung einfacher Pflege\-, Reinigungs\- und Wartungsarbeiten an der Anlage.

Anforderungen

  • Du hast eine technische Grundbildung abgeschlossen, beispielsweise als Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, Anlagenführer/in EFZ oder Mechaniker/in. Alternativ bringst du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Maschineneinrichtung oder Metall\- und Blechverarbeitung mit.
  • Du verstehst, wie sich Blech bei der Umformung verhält, und berücksichtigst Materialstärke, Spannung und Verarbeitungseigenschaften.
  • Das Einstellen und Optimieren von Maschinenparametern über moderne Steuerungen und Touchpanels macht dir Freude.
  • Du arbeitest exakt, zuverlässig und selbstständig und hast ein Auge fürs Detail.
  • Du erkennst Abweichungen, findest passende Lösungen und packst gerne selbst mit an.
