Dansktalande First Line Agent till Stockholms innerstad! Om jobbetOm tjänstenVi söker nu dig som är i början av din karriär, dansktalande och vill arbeta i en rolig och teaminriktad supportroll hos en av våra kunder som sitter centralt i Stockholm.Sammanfattningsvis innebär ditt ansvar följande:

  • Ta emot och hantera inkommande supportförfrågningar via telefon, e‑post och ärendehanteringssystemet.
  • Fungera som första kontaktpunkt för både kunder och interna användare.
  • Vara delaktig i att förbättra arbetssätt, rutiner och den övergripande kundupplevelsen.
  • Arbeta tätt tillsammans med Second Line, interna experter och andra tvärfunktionella team för att säkerställa effektiva lösningar.
  • Utföra felsökning av tekniska problem i affärssystemet samt i de övriga system som är kopplade till det.
  • Ge vägledning kring hur systemen fungerar och stötta användare i frågor som rör processer och olika typer av användarutmaningar.
  • Fungera som första kontaktpunkt för både kunder och interna användare.

Vi söker dig som

  • Behärskar danska och engelska i både tal och skrift.
  • Har tidigare arbetat inom kundservice eller teknisk support, alternativt haft ett extrajobb inom kundservice vid sidan om gymnasiestudierna.
  • Har ett servicefokuserat arbetssätt, god kommunikativ förmåga och trivs i kontakten med användare och kunder.
  • Arbetar lösningsorienterat, tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och värnar om hög kvalitet i det du levererar.

För att trivas i teamet och lyckas väl i rollen är du en teamplayer som vill vara starkt bidragande till kulturen i teamet. Dessutom är du serviceinriktad och trivs i nära dialog med kunder.Om anställningenDetta är ett konsultuppdrag med anställning hos OIO med omgående start.
