Om tjänsten Vår kund är ett internationellt teknikbolag där Sverigekontoret nu söker en ny kollega till följd av en pensionsavgång till rollen som bäst kan beskrivas som produktspecialist, technical sales specialist eller teknisk utesäljare. Vi söker därför dig som dels har ett stort tekniskt intresse men även, högst troligt till följd av ditt tekniska intresse, redan har minst 6 års erfarenhet från antingen sälj inom teknisk bransch/industrin eller en mer teknisk specialistroll så som exempelvis produktspecialist, pre sales-roll eller liknande. Hos vår kund slås man från första stund av en väldigt familjär, prestigelös och avväpnande kultur. Man är ett lag och man gillar att ha roligt tillsammans. Med det som grund får du som utesäljare dessutom arbeta mot en kundbas där du snarare blir en rådgivande kraft än en klassisk säljare. Företagets produkter och tjänster är vitala för många olika industrier och framförallt gentemot automation. Därför blir din vardag inte fylld av kalla samtal. Istället blir du en rådgivande samarbetspartner som lotsar kund genom deras utvecklingsprojekt, där du främst arbetar mot kunders R&D-avdelning alternativt inköpsavdelning. Sammanfattningsvis innebär ditt ansvar följande: Planera och genomföra besök hos kunderna i din region (Sverige) Offertarbete Projekthantering (där du äger dina projekt från införsäljning till genomförande) Uppföljningsarbete med befintliga kunder

Vi söker dig som Har bevisad erfarenhet från liknande roller som teknisk säljare, pre-sales, produktspecialist eller liknande Stort tekniskt intresse och förståelse/kompetens Behärskar både engelska och svenska mycket väl i tal och skrift då båda språken förekommer i tjänsten. Talar och skriver flytande svenska samt engelska

Du kommer som sagt till ett familjärt och mindre team. För att trivas i teamet krävs det att du är ödmjuk och prestigelös. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha tålamod då projekten ibland spänner över flera år, att du är framåtlutat och är relationsskapande samt kontaktsökande. Om anställningen Detta är en direktrekrytering. Det innebär att du blir anställd hos vår kund från dag 1 men att vi på OIO projektleder rekryteringsprocessen.
