OJM søger industriteknikker eller tillærte medarbejdere til CNC fræseafdeling (3x12 timer aften/nathold - onsdag til lørdag morgen)

Er du faglært eller har erfaring med CNC-fræsning, samt masser af godt humør, lysten til at gå forrest og gøre en forskel og derved være med til at vise vejen fremadrettet, har OJM A/S jobbet til dig.

Vi er i en rivende udvikling og har derfor behov for at udvide medarbejderstaben i vores fræseafdeling på et fast daghold

Som medarbejder i vores fræseafdeling vil du spille en vigtig rolle i den løbende produktion med at holde vores maskiner i kontinuerlig drift med konstant fokus på kvalitet, output, opstilling og forbedringer. Du vil blive en del af et team på 7-8 medarbejdere, hvor din faglige kunnen, indflydelse og god kommunikation er vigtige parametre. Vi er en mangfoldig arbejdsplads, hvor der er plads til den enkelte, og hvor faglig og personlig udvikling samt personlige målsætninger prioriteres højt.

Din profil

Vi forventer, at du:

  • har en relevant erfaring inden for CNC-bearbejdning
  • erfaring med løbende produktion, gerne på følgende maskine typer Mazak HCN6000, SW442BA
  • erfaring med robot håndteret maskiner/celler
  • erfaring med tegningslæsning, brug af div. måleudstyr mm.
  • besidder IT-færdigheder på brugerniveau

Vi ser gerne, at du:

  • har erfaring med at arbejde på aften/nathold/weekend
  • har en analytisk tilgang til opgaverne og altid prøver at finde en optimal løsning
  • evner at arbejde selvstændigt og samtidig at være en god holdspiller
  • er glad, positiv og udadvendt
