Aftenvagt i OK-Fonden Odense, er et tillidsbaseret job, hvor du får stort rum til at udøve din faglighed med indflydelse på egen hverdag samt mulighed for at udvikle dig både personligt og fagligt.

Du vil i dit arbejde skulle bruge dit kliniske blik for at kunne identificere, planlægge og udføre plejen hos vores beboere.

Vi arbejder målrettet og struktureret med Marte Meo som metode, og du vil hos os modtage undervisning og supervision i både Marte Meo og sanseintegration.

Samarbejdet med pårørende er ofte afgørende for at bringe mennesker med demens i trivsel, og vi har et struktureret program for pårørendesamarbejdet samt tilbyder supervision og undervisning til vores pårørende.

I OK-fonden Odense er arbejdsmiljøet og kulturen præget af åbenhed, engagement, humor og gensidig respekt. Det kommer ikke af sig selv, så derfor har vi hele tiden fokus på trivsel, værdierne, kulturen og hinanden som mennesker.

Vi arbejder tværfagligt, og du vil derfor få kolleger med forskellige faglige kvalifikationer. Vi har gang i meget, men aldrig mere end vi magter. Vi har en tæt dialog mellem medarbejdere og ledelse, så vi hele tiden kan bevare et fælles fokus på at gøre det bedste for vores beboere.
