Chef d'atelier Mécanique de précision \- H/F à 100%

  • Formation supérieure en mécanique, production industrielle ou équivalent
  • Expérience professionnelle de 5 ans min en management d'un atelier de production, idéalement en étampage/emboutissage, découpage ou usinage
  • Solides connaissances des procédés industriels et forte présence sur le terrain
  • Leadership et capacité à fédérer les équipes
  • Sens de l'organisation et prise de décision
  • Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer en transversal
  • Rigueur, autonomie et orientation résultats

POSTE EN CDI \- Excellentes conditions, en horaire de journée, Rattaché(e) à la direction, vous piloterez l'activité de l'atelier et garantissez l'atteinte des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, couts, délais et productivité. Vous animez les équipes et contribuez activement à l'amélioration continue des performances industrielles.

  • Organiser et superviser la production de l'atelier
  • Encadrer, accompagner et développer les équipes
  • Garantir le respect des objectifs de sécurité, qualité, couts et délais
  • Optimiser les performances de production (TRS, qualité, rendement)
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs et mettre en oeuvre les actions d'améliorations
  • Collaborer avec les services Méthodes, Maintenance, qualité et BE
  • Participer aux projets d'industrialisation et amélioration des équipements
