En tant que Chef de projets, vous pilotez les projets clients de bout en bout, en combinant expertise technique, rigueur industrielle et sens du service. CDI \- Taux 100%

Profil souhaité

  • CFC/ES/HES en électronique, micro\-technologies ou domaine connexe
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement électronique/micro\-électronique ou jugé proche
  • Connaissances des méthodes d'assemblage électronique liées au domaine du PCB: pick \& place, SMT, sérigraphie, bumping, bonding, etc..
  • Compétences en chiffrage technique et en calcul de coûts de revient
  • Aisance dans la relation client, en particulier dans des environnements techniques complexes et réglementés
  • Personne de terrain, rigoureux et aimant le travail varié et multidisciplinaire
  • Se projetant sur le long terme
  • Langues : français, anglais

  • Pilotage technique et organisationnel des projets en collaboration avec les équipes internes (fabrication, qualité...).
  • Interface client : vous êtes le point de contact privilégié, garantissant la bonne compréhension des exigences techniques et la satisfaction globale.
  • Chiffrage et devis : évaluation de la faisabilité, des temps d'assemblage, choix des moyens techniques, estimation des coûts en fonction des équipements et des ressources, ceci en vous appuyant sur l'expertise en interne des techniciens et autres collaborateurs qualifiés.
  • Calcul des coûts de revient : suivi de la rentabilité des projets, analyse des écarts et mise en place d'actions correctives si besoin.
  • Respect des normes et exigences qualité propre aux secteurs sensibles (medtech, pharma, spatial, etc.).
  • Présence régulière en production afin d'accompagner les essais, les prototypes, les préséries et les démarrages, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques.
  • Contribution à l'amélioration continue des processus, outils et méthodes.
  • Périmètre évolutif : la société est ouverte à intégrer vos idées, nouvelles méthodes ou expertise spécifique pour enrichir son organisation, que cela soit dans de nouvelles méthodes, du développement commercial ou autre, votre esprit d'initiative est bienvenu.
