Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau / Aktivierungsfachmann HF (60\-100%) Schwerpunkt Musiktherapie

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion gestalten Sie den Alltag älterer Menschen aktiv mit und tragen dazu bei, Lebensfreude, Selbstbestimmung und soziale Teilhabe zu fördern. Mit Ihrem Fachwissen, Ihrer Kreativität und Ihrer musikalischen Begabung schaffen Sie wertvolle Begegnungen und bereichernde Momente

der Arbeit

  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von ressourcenorientierten Aktivierungsangeboten in Gruppen\- und Einzelsettings
  • Gestaltung und Durchführung musikalischer Angebote für Bewohnende und Gäste
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege, Betreuung und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Ausflügen, Veranstaltungen und saisonalen Anlässen
  • Förderung sozialer Kontakte und Unterstützung der individuellen Lebensqualität
  • Mitverantwortung für die Gestaltung einer wohnlichen und ansprechenden Umgebung
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Studierenden im Bereich Aktivierung HF
  • Bereitschaft zur gelegentlichen Mitarbeit bei Abend\- und Wochenendveranstaltungen

Anforderungsprofil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau / Aktivierungsfachmann HF * Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil * Erfahrung im Bereich Alterspsychiatrie oder psychiatrische Rehabilitation wünschenswert * Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen * Selbstständige, strukturierte und organisierte Arbeitsweise * Kreativität, Engagement und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Musikalisches Talent sowie das Spielen eines Instruments, idealerweise Klavier und/oder Gitarre Das erwartet Sie
