Pour le compte de l'un de nos partenaires, une entreprise industrielle reconnue pour son savoir\-faire et ses technologies de pointe, OK JOB SA Fribourg recherche un\-e Conducteur\-trice de machines de production automatisées à 100 %

Opérateur sur machines automatisées 100% \- (m/f)

Vos responsabilités:

\-Assurer la conduite, la surveillance et le bon fonctionnement des équipements de production automatisés. \-Piloter les opérations de fabrication sur des installations d'étampage et des lignes d'assemblage. \-Identifier les anomalies, effectuer les premiers diagnostics et intervenir en cas de dysfonctionnement. \-Réaliser les opérations de maintenance préventive de premier niveau. \-Effectuer les contrôles dimensionnels et visuels afin de garantir la conformité des produits. \-Vérifier et valider la qualité de la production selon les procédures internes. \-Assurer le conditionnement des produits et le suivi des opérations de fabrication. \-Saisir les données de production et assurer la traçabilité des interventions. \-Veiller à la disponibilité des matières premières et du matériel nécessaire à la production. \-Participer aux démarches d'amélioration continue et à l'optimisation des installations. \-Contribuer ponctuellement à des interventions techniques auprès de partenaires ou fournisseurs, notamment lors des phases de mise en service et de stabilisation des équipements. Votre profil:

\-CFC d'opérateur sur machines automatisées, mécanicien de production ou formation jugée équivalente.

\-Une expérience confirmée dans la conduite d'installations automatisées en milieu industriel peut également être considérée. \-Bonnes connaissances des procédés de fabrication industrielle, idéalement en étampage ou en assemblage automatisé. \-Maîtrise des contrôles dimensionnels et visuels, ainsi que des exigences de qualité en production. \-Aptitude à identifier les anomalies et à effectuer des interventions techniques de premier niveau. \-Bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. \-Aisance avec les outils informatiques et la saisie de données de production. \-Disponibilité pour travailler en horaires d'équipe 2x8\. \-Autonomie, rigueur, réactivité, esprit d'équipe et sens des responsabilités. \-Disponibilité pour des déplacements professionnels ponctuels à l'étranger.
