Pour une entreprise active dans le domaine de la construction et de l'échafaudage, nous recherchons une personnalité polyvalente et expérimentée, capable de prendre en charge l'ensemble des activités administratives, financières et RH.

Vous occuperez une fonction centrale au sein de l'entreprise et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la direction. Votre sens de l'organisation, votre autonomie et votre vision globale contribueront directement à la structuration des processus et au développement de la société.

* Expérience confirmée dans une fonction administrative, financière et RH similaire * Bonne connaissance du secteur de la construction, de l'échafaudage, du génie civil, de la serrurerie, de la charpente ou d'un environnement technique comparable * Très bonnes connaissances de la comptabilité suisse * Excellente maîtrise de la TVA suisse * Solides connaissances en ressources humaines et en gestion des salaires * Maîtrise complète des outils informatiques et des logiciels de gestion * Grande autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément * Excellent sens de l'organisation et bonne gestion des priorités * Rigueur, fiabilité et sens des responsabilités * Excellentes capacités de communication et de gestion des relations interpersonnelles * IT Système Polylog \- Cresus Administration générale

+ Établissement et suivi des offres, devis et soumissions + Gestion administrative des chantiers + Gestion documentaire liée aux collaborateurs et aux véhicules + Suivi des contrats clients et fournisseurs + Organisation et amélioration des processus internes Comptabilité et finances

- Tenue de la comptabilité générale, Imputation et saisie des comptes - Gestion des débiteurs et des créanciers, préparation des bouclements en collaboration avec la fiduciaire - Gestion et contrôle des décomptes TVA - Suivi financier et préparation des reportings destinés à la direction Ressources humaines

* Gestion complète des dossiers du personnel établissement et suivi des contrats de travail, gestion des salaires * Déclarations auprès des assurances sociales, gestion des accidents, maladies, absences et allocations pour perte de gain Organisation et structuration
