Depuis de nombreuses années, mon client accompagne ses clients dans la conception et la réalisation de solutions de qualité dans le domaine de la protection solaire. Afin de renforcer son organisation, il recherche un(e) Responsable Secteur Toiles capable de coordonner l'ensemble du processus, de la demande client jusqu'à la fabrication.

Véritable pivot entre les clients, les fournisseurs et la production, vous assurez le bon déroulement des commandes tout en garantissant la qualité, les délais et la satisfaction de nos partenaires.

Responsable Secteur toile FR/ALL

  • Formation de commerce CFC ou technique
  • Maîtrise de l'allemand indispensable C1/C2
  • Expérience confirmée dans un environnement technique, industriel ou lié au bâtiment.
  • Connaissances du secteur des stores, de la protection solaire ou des fermetures, un sérieux atout.
  • Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et sens des priorités.
  • Aisance dans les contacts avec les clients et les fournisseurs.
  • Personnalité proactive, autonome et orientée solutions.
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels.

* Gérer les demandes clients et établir les offres commerciales. * Enregistrer et suivre les commandes en veillant à la conformité des références, dimensions, quantités et délais. * Calculer les besoins en matériel et préparer les dossiers de fabrication. * Assurer les achats de toiles, tissus, accessoires et composants nécessaires à la production. * Entretenir des relations de confiance avec les fournisseurs et assurer le suivi des approvisionnements. * Collaborer étroitement avec le chef d'atelier afin de coordonner les priorités de fabrication. * Suivre l'avancement des commandes et anticiper les éventuels retards ou difficultés. * Assurer la bonne circulation des informations entre les clients, les fournisseurs et la production. * Participer au développement commercial du secteur à travers des actions ciblées et la promotion de nos solutions. * Assurer la gestion administrative liée à l'activité du département. j4id10450613jm j4it1043jm j4iy26jm
