Pour le compte de l'un de nos partenaires, une entreprise industrielle reconnue pour son savoir\-faire et son environnement technologique exigeant, OK JOB SA Fribourg recherche un\-e Spécialiste Qualité \& Industrialisation.

Une fonction technique et transversale, au c?ur des projets industriels, où votre expertise contribuera directement à la fiabilité des produits et à l'amélioration continue des processus.

Spécialiste Qualité \& Industrialisation 100% (H/F)

Vos responsabilités:

\-Participer à la planification qualité des projets de développement et d'industrialisation, de l'analyse des risques jusqu'à la mise en production série. \-Définir les exigences et les méthodes de contrôle nécessaires pour garantir la conformité des produits et des processus. \-Analyser les non\-conformités et les problématiques qualité, identifier leurs causes et mettre en ?uvre des solutions techniques durables. \-Évaluer les rapports de mesure et participer à la validation des pièces issues de différents procédés de fabrication. \-Réaliser et interpréter les analyses des systèmes de mesure, les études de capabilité et les validations de processus. \-Collaborer avec les équipes de développement, de production, d'outillage et d'industrialisation. \-Optimiser les processus de contrôle et contribuer à l'amélioration continue de la qualité en production. \-Participer à l'identification et à l'intégration de nouvelles technologies de mesure, de contrôle et d'inspection. Votre profil:

\-Formation technique supérieure de Technicien\-ne ES ou Ingénieur\-e HES en mécanique, microtechnique, plasturgie ou domaine jugé équivalent. \-Expérience confirmée dans un environnement de production industrielle, idéalement dans une fonction liée à la qualité technique ou à l'industrialisation. \-Solides connaissances des procédés de fabrication et des méthodes d'assurance qualité industrielle. \-Expérience en métrologie, contrôles dimensionnels et analyses statistiques. \-Connaissances des procédés d'injection plastique, d'étampage ou des systèmes de production automatisés. \-Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand (niveau C1 indispensable). \-Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et expérience avec un système ERP, idéalement SAP. \-Esprit analytique, rigueur et capacité à identifier les causes de problèmes techniques. \-Personnalité autonome, proactive, orientée solutions et dotée d'un excellent esprit d'équipe.
