Teamleitung Akutgeriatrie 100%

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH \- Region Zürich

In dieser Funktion verbindest du Leadership mit Nähe zur Pflegepraxis. Du führst und entwickelst dein Team, übernimmst Verantwortung für Qualität und Organisation und arbeitest gleichzeitig eng mit verschiedenen Fachdisziplinen zusammen

der Arbeit

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung des Pflegeteams
  • Führung, Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für eine vorausschauende Personal\- und Einsatzplanung
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Behandlungsteam
  • Steuerung und Begleitung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Übernahme von Tages\- und Fachverantwortung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Begleitung und Ausbildung von Studierenden und Lernenden
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Abläufen, Strukturen und Pflegequalität
  • Verantwortung für definierte personelle und betriebliche Rahmenbedingungen

Anforderungsprofil

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich eines Schweizer Spitals
  • Führungserfahrung in der Akutpflege ist von Vorteil
  • Freude daran, Menschen zu führen, zu fördern und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung mit elektronischer Patientendokumentation und Pflegediagnostik
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Und vor allem: Empathie, natürliche Führungskompetenz, Humor und ein wertschätzender Umgang
