Pour le compte de l'un de nos partenaires de longue date, une entreprise suisse reconnue pour son savoir\-faire et son expertise technique, OK JOB SA Fribourg recherche un\-e Technicien\-ne SAV spécialisé\-e en maintenance et dépannage d'installations industrielles.

Technicien SAV Maintenance \& Dépannage industriel (H/F) 80 à 100 %

Vos responsabilités:

\-Assurer les interventions de service après\-vente, de maintenance et de dépannage directement chez les clients. \-Diagnostiquer et résoudre les pannes électriques et mécaniques sur des équipements industriels et des systèmes de levage. \-Effectuer les opérations de maintenance préventive et les contrôles périodiques des installations. \-Participer au montage, à l'installation et à la mise en service de nouveaux équipements. \-Identifier les dysfonctionnements et proposer des solutions techniques fiables et durables. \-Rédiger les rapports d'intervention et garantir un suivi rigoureux des travaux effectués. \-Conseiller les clients sur l'utilisation, l'entretien et le bon fonctionnement de leurs installations. \-Collaborer avec les équipes techniques afin de garantir la qualité et la fiabilité des interventions. \-Participer au service de piquet selon un planning établi, environ une fois toutes les six semaines. Votre profil:

\-CFC de mécanicien agricole, mécanicien sur machines de chantier, mécanicien poids lourds, automaticien, mécanicien\-électricien ou formation jugée équivalente. \-Solides compétences en mécanique et en électricité indispensables. \-Expérience dans la maintenance, le dépannage ou le service après\-vente d'équipements techniques ou industriels. \-Des connaissances en pneumatique et/ou hydraulique constituent un atout. \-Bonne capacité d'analyse, de diagnostic et de résolution de problèmes techniques. \-À l'aise avec les interventions sur le terrain et le contact direct avec la clientèle. \-Très bonne maîtrise du français, à l'oral comme à l'écrit ; l'allemand représente un sérieux avantage. \-Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable. \-Personnalité autonome, fiable, pragmatique et orientée solutions. \-Excellent sens du service, esprit d'équipe et communication professionnelle. \-Disponibilité pour participer à un service de piquet périodique.
