Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Chef de projet Infrastructures ferroviaires (H/F).

Description du job ###

Votre mission :

  • Piloter des projets ferroviaires multidisciplinaires sur l'ensemble de leur cycle de réalisation
  • Définir l'organisation des projets, établir les priorités et coordonner les différentes parties prenantes
  • Assurer le suivi des budgets, des délais, de la qualité, de la sécurité et des risques
  • Mandater et superviser les bureaux d'ingénieurs et autres partenaires spécialisés intervenant sur les projets
  • Coordonner les entreprises chargées de la réalisation des travaux et suivre l'avancement des chantiers
  • Assurer l'interface avec les différents partenaires, autorités et acteurs concernés par les projets
  • Analyser les projets routiers susceptibles d'avoir une incidence sur les infrastructures ou l'exploitation du réseau
  • Participer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail, des processus et des référentiels techniques
  • Veiller au respect des exigences réglementaires propres aux infrastructures ferroviaires
  • Accompagner les projets jusqu'à leur achèvement et leur mise en exploitation

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Titulaire d'un diplôme d?ingénieur HES ou formation supérieure jugée équivalente
  • Minimum 5 ans d?expérience dans la conduite de projets ferroviaires, idéalement auprès d'une entreprise de transport, d'un bureau d'ingénieurs ou d'un acteur spécialisé dans les infrastructures
  • Bonnes connaissances des installations et contraintes techniques propres au domaine ferroviaire
  • Expérience dans la gestion de projets impliquant plusieurs disciplines et de nombreux intervenants
  • Une formation complémentaire en gestion de projet ou dans le domaine ferroviaire constitue un réel atout
  • La connaissance de la réglementation suisse applicable aux projets ferroviaires et aux marchés publics est particulièrement appréciée
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation, de planification et de gestion des priorités
  • Aptitude à coordonner et fédérer des spécialistes internes, mandataires et entreprises externes
  • Personnalité rigoureuse et structurée, avec un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
  • Communication claire et aisance dans les contacts avec des interlocuteurs variés
