Afin de renforcer nos équipes dans le secteur de l'horlogerie, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Horloger Assemblage & Développement (H/F).

Description du job ###

Votre mission :

  • Réaliser l'assemblage de calibres et de fonctions horlogères en phase de développement, puis participer à leur validation technique
  • Produire ou adapter certaines pièces et sous-ensembles à l'aide de machines d'atelier traditionnelles
  • Collaborer avec les différents intervenants techniques afin d'optimiser les solutions retenues lors des phases de conception
  • Apporter votre expertise métier pour soutenir les activités liées au montage et à la fabrication horlogère
  • Documenter les essais effectués et élaborer les procédures générales de montage
  • Accompagner la montée en compétences des collaborateurs ainsi que des partenaires externes sur les méthodes d'assemblage des produits
  • Évoluer dans un environnement polyvalent offrant une grande diversité de projets et de responsabilités

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Titulaire d'un CFC d'Horloger ou d'une formation jugée équivalente
  • Expérience significative dans la réalisation de pièces uniques, le développement de nouveaux produits ou le montage horloger de haute précision
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en s'intégrant facilement au sein d'équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Excellente minutie, sens de l'organisation et aisance à passer d'une activité à l'autre selon les priorités
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation, l'amélioration continue et le partage des connaissances techniques
  • Envie de transmettre votre savoir-faire et de contribuer activement à l'évolution des compétences de votre entourage professionnel
