Afin de renforcer nos équipes, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Responsable Produit Horloger (H/F).

Description du job ###

Votre mission :

  • Encadrer et accompagner une équipe spécialisée dans la gestion de produits
  • Définir les orientations et priorités produits en phase avec les enjeux de l'entreprise et les attentes du marché
  • Coordonner le développement et l'évolution des références existantes en collaboration avec les équipes techniques et industrielles
  • Assurer le suivi des projets depuis la phase de cadrage jusqu'à leur mise en ?uvre
  • Analyser les résultats commerciaux, les tendances du marché et l'environnement concurrentiel afin d'identifier des opportunités de croissance
  • Garantir la conformité technique, la qualité et la maîtrise des données produits
  • Participer aux différents comités de pilotage et projets stratégiques de l'entreprise
  • Soutenir les équipes de vente et les marchés lors des lancements de nouveaux produits
  • Collaborer avec les fonctions achats, logistique et production afin d'assurer la compétitivité et la disponibilité de l'offre

Profil ###

Profil souhaité :

  • Formation supérieure en ingénierie, microtechnique, design industriel ou discipline similaire
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de gestion de produits au sein de l'industrie horlogère
  • Très bonne compréhension des composants horlogers, des procédés industriels et des enjeux liés au développement produit
  • Expérience avérée dans la conduite de projets techniques multidisciplinaires
  • Solides compétences managériales avec une capacité à fédérer et faire grandir les équipes
  • Aisance dans les environnements complexes impliquant de nombreux interlocuteurs
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise de décision
  • Sens de l'organisation et aptitude à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
  • Intérêt marqué pour l'innovation, l'amélioration continue et les évolutions du marché
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion produit, ERP et systèmes de gestion des données
  • Français courant et très bon niveau d'anglais (minimum niveau B2)
