Als Werkstudent:in Recruiting Support bei OKAPI:Orbits trägst du aktiv dazu bei, die richtigen Talente für unser Team zu finden, das Software-Lösungen für den gesamten Lebenszyklus von Satelliten entwickelt. Du unterstützt unser Recruiting-Team im Tagesgeschäft, sorgst für einen reibungslosen Bewerbungsprozess und hilfst dabei, dass neue Kolleg:innen einen optimalen Start bei uns haben.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Interviews mit Bewerber:innen
  • Du überwachst und koordinierst den Interviewprozess, damit Fristen eingehalten werden und alle Beteiligten informiert sind
  • Du bereitest Onboarding-Unterlagen für neue Mitarbeitende vor
  • Du bearbeitest und wertest Bewerbungsfragebögen aus
  • Du unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von fachlichen Challenges für Bewerber:innen
  • Du koordinierst Termine zwischen Bewerber:innen und den Fachabteilungen
  • Du unterstützt das Recruiting-Team bei allgemeinen administrativen Aufgaben

Dein Profil

Must-haves:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium oder mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung als Werkstudent:in
  • Verfügbarkeit vor Ort in Braunschweig, 20 Stunden pro Woche, ab sofort
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf Deutsch und Englisch
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office bzw. Google Workspace
  • Diskretion und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit personenbezogenen Daten

Nice-to-haves:

  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich HR, Recruiting oder People Operations
  • Interesse an Weltraumtechnologien
  • Erfahrung mit dem deutschen Arbeitsrecht
  • Studium mit Bezug zu HR, BWL, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
