Shipping & Receiving Administrative Assistant

Location: Tulsa, OK Pay: $18–$20/hour, depending on experience Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Overtime: Required as needed

Okie Staffing is seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving Administrative Assistant to support the warehouse team at a busy manufacturing facility. This position is a great fit for someone with previous warehouse, inventory, quality control, or shipping and receiving clerical experience who is comfortable working in a hands-on shop environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle shipping and receiving paperwork and documentation.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and warehouse records.
  • Maintain accurate records and enter information into the computer.
  • Provide clerical support to warehouse and shop employees.
  • Assist with quality control documentation and related tasks.
  • Communicate with shop employees and office staff to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in warehouse inventory, quality control, warehouse clerical, or shipping and receiving.
  • Comfortable working in an industrial warehouse environment that can be dusty and less than pristine.
  • Must be comfortable working around a predominantly male shop team.
  • Must have a strong personality, be able to take direction, and not be easily offended.
  • Good computer, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be dependable and willing to work required overtime.
