Om rollen

Som driftare av OKQ8 Bilverkstad får du möjligheten att driva ditt eget företag under ett starkt och välkänt varumärke. Du hyr en färdig verkstadslokal i anslutning till vår station i Köping, och ansvarar för den dagliga driften av din egen verkstad inom ramen för vårt OKQ8 Bilverkstad-koncept.

Som driftare ansvarar du för att bygga upp och leda din verksamhet med fokus på kvalitet, service och lönsamhet. Du följer OKQ8:s koncept, men driver ditt eget aktiebolag.

Som driftare av OKQ8 Bilverkstad kommer du bland annat att:

  • Ansvara för verkstadens drift, kundmottagning och administration
  • Säkerställa att arbetet utförs enligt gällande lagar och kvalitetskrav
  • Rekrytera, leda och utveckla din personal
  • Hantera verktyg, maskiner och diagnosutrustning
  • Säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet och konceptefterlevnad

För att lyckas ser vi att du har erfarenhet från fordonsbranschen, kanske som mekaniker, kundmottagare eller verkstadschef. Du behöver ha fordonsteknisk kompetens och förståelse för verkstadsdrift, ekonomi och kundservice.

Krav:

  • Eget aktiebolag
  • B-körkort
  • Fordonsteknisk erfarenhet

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att driva eller leda verkstad. Som person är du kundorienterad, affärsmässig och målfokuserad med stark servicekänsla och vilja att bygga något eget.

Övrig information:

Du ansvarar själv över inköp av verktyg och maskiner såsom lyftar och däckmaskiner. Lokalerna är färdiga att ta över, där kundmottagning och konceptprofil redan på plats.

I rekryteringsprocessen ingår att genomföra MEKO's KSV-test, ett kompetenstest inom fordonsteknik, samt att lämna in ett godkänt utdrag ur belastningsregistret innan avtal tecknas.

För den här tjänsten behöver du vara medborgare i Sverige, ett annat nordiskt land eller ett EU/EES-land, ha permanent uppehållstillstånd i Sverige eller vara asylsökande med rätt att arbeta. Du ska kunna styrka ditt medborgarskap eller din rätt att arbeta i Sverige under rekryteringsprocessen.
