Soudní sociální pracovník poskytuje odbornou podporu soudci při řešení případů účastníků v náročné životní situaci. Pomáhá zranitelným účastníkům řízení (např. dětem, seniorům, osobám s duševním onemocněním) lépe se orientovat v soudním procesu, zajišťuje kontakt s odborníky a podílí se na přípravě podkladů pro rozhodnutí soudu.Požadavek oboru vzdělání: magisterské VŠ v oboru sociální práce.Požadavky na znalost relevantní legislativy, pokročilých metod sociální práce (např. systemický model, narativní model, základní techniky mediace, facilitace, krizová intervence), znalost principů problem solving justice, interdisciplinární spolupráce, přístupů založených na vědeckých důkazech a traumat zohledňujícího přístupu.Požadavek uživatelské znalosti práce na PC (Word, Excel, internet, e-mail, právní systémy). Zkušební doba 4 měsíce, pracovní poměr nejprve na dobu určitou, později lze prodloužit. Požadujeme morální a trestní bezúhonnost, odpovídající vystupování a schopnost vysokého pracovního nasazení, schopnost komunikace s lidmi, spolehlivost, pečlivost. Výše platu závisí na případné předchozí praxi v oblasti sociální práce. Nástup ideálně 1. 10. 2026, lze i později. Zaměstnanecké výhody: pružná pracovní doba, po zapracování možnost práce z domova, příspěvek na závodní stravování, indispoziční volno v rozsahu 5 dnů, 25 dnů dovolené.Hlásit se e-mailem, nebo telefonicky denně od 8.00 do 15.00 hod.
