Vhodné i pro absolventyPožadavky: - státní občanství České republiky - plná svéprávnost - trestní a morální bezúhonnost - dosažené vysokoškolské vzdělání získané v magisterském studijním programu v oboru právo na vysoké škole v České republice- praktická znalost práce na PC: MS Office, Outlook- samostatnost, pečlivost, komunikační schopnosti, flexibilita, odpovídající vystupováníNáplň práce: - výkon jednotlivých úkonů soudního řízení z pověření soudce, pokud tak stanoví zvláštní právní předpis nebo rozvrh práce, včetně vyhotovování konceptů rozhodnutí- podílení se na rozhodovací činnosti soudu v rozsahu stanoveném zvláštním právním předpisem pro vyšší soudní úředníkyPlatové zařazení: - dle nařízení vlády č. 341/2017 Sb., ve znění pozdějších předpisů – 13. platová třída (od 35 840 Kč do 48 800 Kč dle započitatelné délky praxe) + zvláštní příplatek dle § 8 uvedeného nařízení vlády. Po úspěšném vykonání odborné justiční zkoušky nebo zkoušky jí na roveň postavené 14. platová třída.Nástup možný od 1. 12. 2026. Pracovní poměr bude sjednán na dobu určitou se zkušební dobou. K přihlášce k účasti ve výběrovém řízení uchazeč/ka musí předložit: - strukturovaný životopis - motivační dopis - kopii dokladu o dosaženém vzdělání Poskytnutím svých osobních údajů zahrnutých do strukturovaného životopisu dáváte souhlas se zpracování osobních údajů dle Nařízení Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2016/679 ze dne 27. 4. 2016 o ochraně fyzických osob v souvislosti se zpracováním osobních údajů a o volném pohybu těchto údajů (GDPR) a o zrušení Směrnice 95/46/ES, se zpracováním osobních údajů pro účely a v rozsahu potřebném pro uskutečnění výběrového řízení na uvedenou pracovní pozici.
