The posting

Oktopost is the B2B Social platform: LinkedIn-first publishing, care, and analytics; B2B funnel and revenue metrics; CRM and marketing-automation integrations; company-wide advocacy.

We're building a new solution for B2B influencer marketing and we're looking for a founding Head of Influencer Marketing to own it end to end.

This is a 0→1 bet, not a seat in a running machine. You'll run a small, agile two-person task force (you plus a dedicated developer), backed by the full company (cloud, architecture, marketing, product, design). You own the product, the go-to-market, and the revenue outcome. You report to the co-founder & VP of Product and run on quarterly rocks and weekly updates.

What You'll Do

  • Own the initiative end to end: product, go-to-market, and the revenue target.
  • Getting to the first paying customers fast, then sequencing what comes next.
  • Validating the buyer and the pain — through customer interviews and by using the product yourself.
  • Working with stakeholders to ship and maintain the product.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven 0→1 ownership: you've taken a product from nothing to paying customers, ideally in B2B SaaS. This is our primary screen.
  • Commercial instinct: comfortable owning a revenue number and a go-to-market, not just a backlog.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to point a small team at the right build.
  • Comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and fast iteration.

A Plus If You Have

  • Influencer / creator / advocacy experience.
  • Experience building AI-native products.
