About The Opportunity

We are looking for a Product Manager with relevant experience at another leading digital asset exchange, a deep understanding of how traders use TradingView, and practical experience integrating trading systems. You will drive the integration of OKX trading capabilities with TradingView and improve the experience of connecting an account, analyzing markets, placing trades, and managing positions.

You will translate user needs and TradingView integration requirements into actionable product and interface specifications. Working with OKX engineering teams, you will assess the relevant system capabilities and drive API adaptation, integration testing, launch acceptance, and ongoing improvements, with accountability for integration quality and the user experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Product Strategy and User Research — Study how different trader segments use TradingView, from charting, indicators, and alerts to account connection, order placement, and position management. Use interviews, behavioral data, and competitive analysis to identify pain points and define the product roadmap, target users, supported use cases, and priorities.
  • System Integration and API Specifications — Interpret TradingView integration documentation and work with engineering to assess the relevant OKX market data, account, order, and position capabilities. Perform gap analysis and define integration scope, system responsibilities, field mappings, requests and responses, error handling, and interaction sequences. Produce actionable PRDs, interface requirements, and acceptance criteria, with clear boundaries between integration with the TradingView platform and embedded charting or trading components.
  • Trading Capability Mapping and Data Consistency — Define and adapt key capabilities: account authorization and session lifecycle; instruments, price and quantity precision, historical bars, and live market data; order placement, modification, cancellation, and execution updates; and synchronization of balances, available funds, orders, and positions. Assess differences in spot and derivatives capabilities, including margin, leverage, position modes, and take-profit and stop-loss orders. Define supported behavior and user messaging across both systems, covering partial fills, duplicate requests, out-of-order updates, timeouts, and reconnection.
  • Integration Testing and Launch Delivery — Coordinate OKX engineering, QA, and TradingView technical teams through test-environment integration, user acceptance testing, and launch readiness. Define test cases for successful and exceptional trading flows, and use API debugging tools, logs, and data to investigate issues. Establish acceptance criteria for idempotency, rate limits, latency, state consistency, and availability, and drive staged rollout, monitoring, rollback readiness, and issue resolution.
  • Trading Experience and Product Iteration — Continuously improve account connection, instrument discovery, trading from charts, order management, and position management. Track connection success, first-trade conversion, order submission success, state synchronization latency, active traders, and retention. Combine user feedback with data to evaluate improvements and increase sustained usage and business contribution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Documentation — Act as the product point of contact across engineering, design, QA, risk, customer support, and TradingView partner teams. Clarify dependencies, ownership, and milestones, and resolve blockers and competing requirements. Maintain capability matrices, interface and business-rule documentation, launch checklists, and user guidance to support future releases and effective production support.

What We Look For In You

  • Relevant product management experience at another leading digital asset exchange, covering TradingView, third-party trading terminals, broker integrations, or trading APIs. You must have helped deliver at least one relevant integration through testing and production launch, and be able to explain your responsibilities, key technical trade-offs, and results.
  • A deep understanding of TradingView users and their practical use of charts, indicators, watchlists, alerts, and trading workflows. You can explain why different traders choose a platform, switch terminals, abandon an order, or continue using a service, and validate those insights through research and data.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs and system integration. You can independently interpret API documentation and discuss REST APIs, WebSocket or other streaming mechanisms, authentication and authorization lifecycles, field mappings, error codes, rate limits, idempotency, and recovery after reconnection with engineers. You can produce clear process flows, sequence diagrams, state machines, and acceptance criteria.
  • A solid understanding of trading products and business rules, including spot and derivatives order lifecycles, partial fills, margin, leverage, position modes, fees, and risk limits. You can identify differences between platforms and design a trading experience that reflects the capabilities each system supports.
  • Practical experience with integration testing and troubleshooting. You can use Postman, browser developer tools, or equivalent tools to inspect API requests and responses, and analyze issues using logs and data. You can turn reports such as missing orders or stale balances into reproducible engineering tasks with clear acceptance criteria.
  • Experience owning the full product delivery lifecycle, from discovery and design through engineering collaboration, testing, launch review, and iteration. You can balance user value, technical constraints, and delivery cost, and assess outcomes using conversion, retention, and technical quality metrics.
  • Strong English communication skills in a technical context. You can work with English API documentation and collaborate with TradingView and global engineering and product teams on requirements, technical proposals, and delivery.

Nice-To-Haves

  • Direct experience delivering a production integration with TradingView through its Broker Integration API, including integration testing, launch acceptance, and subsequent product improvements.
  • A background in software engineering, technical product management, or solution design, with the ability to read code, write lightweight debugging scripts, or independently validate API and data issues.
  • Experience designing and integrating complex trading scenarios involving unified accounts, subaccounts, multiple margin models, or position modes.
  • Familiarity with TradingView Advanced Charts or Trading Platform integrations, or with user needs around Pine Script, strategy alerts, and automated trading, together with an understanding of their technical boundaries and product value.

What Success Looks Like

  • A clear understanding of target users and core trading journeys, supported by a capability matrix, integration gap analysis, and an actionable roadmap.
  • Delivery of the agreed OKX trading capabilities through API adaptation, integration testing, and production launch on TradingView, with acceptance coverage for successful and exceptional workflows.
  • Reliable synchronization of account, order, and position states, with measurable connection and trading success rates, latency, stability, and an effective issue-resolution process.
  • Ongoing improvements in account connection, first-trade conversion, and retention, supported by a product iteration process informed by user feedback.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive total compensation package
  • L&D programs and education subsidy for employees' growth and development
  • Various team building programs and company events
  • Wellness and meal allowances
  • Comprehensive healthcare schemes for employees and dependants
  • More that we love to tell you along the process!

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
