About the Opportunity
The VIP Growth Manager will serve as a central strategy and operations partner for the VIP business. Through data analysis, user insights, and cross-functional collaboration, this role will support VIP Relationship Managers and regional teams with growth strategies and initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical thinking and communication skills, with the ability to identify growth opportunities from user behavior and business data, translate insights into actionable plans, and collaborate with relevant teams to drive execution and continuous optimization.

What You’ll Be Doing
Business Insights & Strategy
- Identify structural problems and opportunities in the data, such as churn signals among high-value users, differences in service needs across client segments, and the marginal return on resource allocation, and turn them into actionable strategies.
- Write business insight reports for senior management that shape VIP benefits, resource allocation, and team playbooks.
Data Monitoring
- Build and maintain the VIP core metrics framework with daily monitoring; when a metric moves unexpectedly, find the root cause and recommend actionable next steps.
- Automate recurring analyses and reports as dashboards or scheduled jobs (for example weekly and monthly reports, incentive plan results, and anomaly alerts) to reduce repetitive manual data pulls.
- Work with the Data Warehouse and BI teams to standardize metric definitions and build data tables, so the data stays accurate and traceable.
Incentive Plan Design & Execution
- Design and strategise incentive plans for VIP business teams, covering metric selection, target breakdown, weighting, and payout linkage.
- Track how the incentive plans are carried out, deliver results weekly and monthly, and update the plan criteria as the business changes (for example VIP tier threshold adjustments or new market launches).
Middle Office Capability Building & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Document SOPs, metric definitions, and methods for VIP growth, and drive alignment and reuse across regions.
- Act as the middle office hub between RM teams, regional markets, Product, Risk, and Finance, taking strategies through its entire lifecycle.
- Gather feedback from frontline teams and users, combine it with business data to find common needs, and help improve the product experience, service processes, and operating tools.

- 将周期性分析及报告自动化，通过数据看板或定时任务完成周报、月报、激励方案结果分析及异常预警等工作，减少重复性人工取数。
- 与数据仓库及商业智能团队协作，统一指标定义并建设相关数据表，确保数据准确、口径一致且全程可追溯。
激励方案设计与落地
- 负责VIP业务团队激励方案的设计与策略制定，包括指标选择、目标拆解、权重设置及激励结果挂钩机制。
- 跟踪激励方案的执行情况，按周、按月输出结果，并结合业务变化持续调整方案标准，例如VIP等级门槛调整或新市场上线等。
中台能力建设与跨部门协作
- 沉淀VIP增长相关的标准操作流程、指标口径及工作方法，推动不同区域之间统一认知、共享经验并复用成熟打法。
- 作为连接客户关系经理团队、区域市场、产品、风险及财务等团队的中台枢纽，推动业务策略从制定到落地的全流程闭环。
- 收集一线团队及用户反馈，结合业务数据识别共性需求，协助优化产品体验、服务流程及运营工具。
What We Look For In You
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 3–5 years of experience in user growth, strategy operations, business analytics, client operations, or a related field.
- Strong data analysis skills; proficient in SQL and able to pull and analyze data independently.
- Insight is the core requirement: able to find the key issue in the data, tell correlation from causation, and reach clear conclusions with deliberate trade-offs, rather than simply listing numbers.
- Structured thinker with strong business sense; able to break ambiguous business problems into analytical frameworks and turn them into operational actions.
- Strong drive to get things done and good at cross-team communication; able to win business stakeholders over to insights and drive execution.
- Experience using AI tools to improve analysis and productivity is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese; Chinese is used as a working language.

- 具备结构化思维和较强的业务敏感度，能够将模糊、复杂的业务问题拆解为清晰的分析框架，并进一步转化为可落地的运营动作。
- 具备较强的结果推动能力和跨团队沟通能力，能够获得业务相关方对分析结论的认同，并推动方案执行落地。
- 有使用AI工具提升分析效率及工作生产力经验者优先。
- 具备流利的中英文书面及口头沟通能力，能够使用中文作为工作语言。
