Bei LOOPING ONE kommen Marketing, PR und Kommunikation zusammen. Wir begleiten Unternehmen und Marken aus diversen Branchen, mit Schwerpunkt auf Gesundheit (Healthcare und Selfcare), Luxus und Design sowie Innovation. Wir sind rund 40 Menschen in Berlin, München und Hamburg und Teil der LOOPING GROUP, zu der auch der Verlag Beautiful Minds Media gehört (Glamour, T Magazine Germany, Madame, Monsieur, Madame Arabia). Deine Aufgaben

Als Senior PR Manager (m/w/d) gestaltest Du unsere PR-Arbeit maßgeblich mit – strategisch wie operativ. Du bist nah an Kund:innen und Redaktionen, bringst Dein Netzwerk ein und sorgst dafür, dass die Geschichten unserer Kund:innen dort ankommen, wo sie Wirkung entfalten.

  • Du entwickelst PR-Konzepte und strategische Roadmaps und verantwortest sie von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung.
  • Du pflegst und erweiterst Dein Netzwerk zu Journalist:innen und Redaktionen.
  • Du schreibst Pressemitteilungen, Statements und Pitches, die gelesen und aufgegriffen werden.
  • Du steuerst Media Relations proaktiv, koordinierst Interviews und bereitest Briefings vor.
  • Du berätst Kund:innen souverän und eigenständig – auch in sensiblen Situationen und in der Krisenkommunikation.
  • Du planst Medienkooperationen und bringst Dein Gespür für Themen und Timing in die Mediaplanung ein.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Junior- und Midlevel-Kolleg:innen.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Teams aus Editorial, Social Media und Design zusammen und machst PR zum selbstverständlichen Teil integrierter Kampagnen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in PR oder Unternehmenskommunikation, in einer Agentur oder inhouse.
  • Ein tragfähiges Netzwerk zu Journalist:innen und Redaktionen, das Du aktiv pflegst.
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitsbereich (Healthcare oder Selfcare) ist ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Ein exzellentes Verständnis dafür, was eine Geschichte relevant macht und wie sie ihren Weg in die Medien findet.
  • Sicherheit in der Beratung – Du bist für Kund:innen ein verlässliches Gegenüber auf Augenhöhe.
  • Selbstständigkeit, Organisationstalent und die Souveränität, mehrere Projekte parallel zu steuern.
  • Neugier auf digitale Kommunikation, Social Media und den sinnvollen Einsatz von KI-Tools.
  • Ein ausgezeichnetes Sprachgefühl und Freude am Storytelling, auf Deutsch und Englisch.
