Résumé du poste

Le directeur de l’Excellence opérationnelle est responsable du déploiement, de la mise en œuvre et de l’amélioration continue du système d’excellence opérationnelle (OpEx) de l’organisation. Il dirige également une équipe en génie et qualité, en assurant leur développement, leur mobilisation et leur performance. En partenariat avec les équipes des opérations, il pilote les initiatives visant à améliorer la santé et la sécurité, la qualité, la productivité, la réduction du gaspillage et la performance globale des procédés et des équipements.

Principales responsabilités

  • Diriger le déploiement et le maintien du système d’excellence opérationnelle à l’échelle du site.
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie OpEx du site, ainsi que les initiatives, formations et activités de coaching associées.
  • Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration des processus et piloter des événements Kaizen ainsi que des projets d’amélioration continue.
  • Collaborer avec les gestionnaires et superviseurs de production afin de réduire les pertes, d’améliorer l’efficacité et d’optimiser la performance des équipements.
  • Superviser les initiatives qualité et les indicateurs de performance en veillant à l’application des meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.
  • Promouvoir l’utilisation des outils Lean et des méthodologies de résolution de problèmes afin d’atteindre les objectifs opérationnels.

Qualifications requises

  • Expérience pratique dans l’animation d’événements Kaizen et dans la formation/coaching d’équipes sur les outils d’excellence opérationnelle.
  • Solide compréhension des procédés manufacturiers et des flux logistiques.
  • Expérience dans le développement et l’implantation de systèmes qualité, notamment les PFMEA (AMDEC processus), les plans de contrôle, le travail standardisé et les audits en couches.
  • Capacité démontrée à influencer, mobiliser et obtenir l’adhésion des équipes par la collaboration et le développement des talents.
  • Excellente maîtrise des outils Lean, notamment : 6S, Kanban, diagramme d’Ishikawa, A3, analyse des 5 Pourquoi, MTTR, MTBF, Poka-Yoke, juste-à-temps (JAT) et cartographie de la chaîne de valeur (Value Stream Mapping).
  • Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis afin de communiquer efficacement avec les équipes locales et les parties prenantes de la société mère américaine.

Qualifications privilégiées

  • Certification Lean Six Sigma ceinture verte (Green Belt) ou ceinture noire (Black Belt).
  • Expérience en excellence opérationnelle, amélioration continue, génie industriel, génie manufacturier, génie des procédés ou dans tout autre rôle de leadership opérationnel.
  • Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier syndiqué considérée comme un atout important.
  • Diplôme universitaire en génie (un atout), toute expérience pertinente pourra être considérée.
