  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators including throughput, labor efficiency, scrap, downtime, OEE, and schedule attainment while developing reports and dashboards that support data-driven decision making.
  • Lead improvement and capital projects from concept through implementation, including data collection, solution development, validation, reporting, equipment installation, startup activities, and cross-functional coordination.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Mechanical and technical expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, industrial operations, continuous improvement, engineering, or production leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and driving productivity, quality, waste reduction, process optimization, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma principles, structured problem-solving methodologies, and data-driven decision making.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
