About Us

Oligo is a fast-growing cybersecurity startup transforming how organizations protect their applications, cloud environments, and AI systems at runtime. Backed by top-tier investors including Greenfield Partners, Red Dot Capital Partners, Lightspeed, Ballistic Ventures, and TLV Partners, we're on a mission to make real-time security a reality.

Oligo's industry's leading runtime security platform built to stop attacks in real time without stopping the business. We transform security from passive visibility to active protection across applications, cloud services, workloads, and AI systems. By uncovering the deepest layers of what actually runs in production, Oligo helps organizations prioritize exploitable vulnerabilities, detect malicious behavior as it happens, and stop modern attacks in their tracks.

We are looking for a Technical Customer Success Manager to own our customer base outside the United States as we scale internationally. Reporting to the VP, Customer Success, you will take ownership of multiple accounts across Israel, Europe, and APAC, acting as both the commercial and technical point of contact for the region. A core focus of this role is driving renewals and upsell/expansion revenue - you will drive retention and growth across your territory as a key lever for the company’s overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive renewals and expansion revenue for the rest-of-world region as a primary goal - drive net revenue retention (NRR) through proactive renewal management and upsell/cross-sell strategy
  • Own the post-sale customer lifecycle end-to-end across multiple accounts in Israel, Europe, and APAC: onboarding, adoption, technical health, renewals, and expansion
  • Serve as both the commercial and technically credible point of contact for your portfolio, engaging directly with security engineers, platform teams, and CISOs
  • Drive deployment coverage and adoption - monitor the gap between what a customer is paying for and what they have actually instrumented, and act on it
  • Own runtime policy tuning, integration depth, and the quality of the signal Oligo delivers to customer internal workflows and environments.
  • Run business reviews framed around security outcomes and product usage
  • Operate a tiered coverage model: high-touch engagement for strategic accounts, and a lighter, Support-assisted motion for the long tail
  • Build and maintain health scoring and risk assessment for the region, surfacing churn risk early enough to act on it
  • Build and continuously improve the regional renewals and expansion motion, including forecasting, pipeline management, and risk mitigation for at-risk accounts
  • Partner closely with Sales on renewal and expansion opportunities, and with Product and R&D to feed regional customer insights into the roadmap
  • Partner with the Technical Account Manager and the Global Support & Operations team on onboarding, escalations, and anything requiring engineering attention
  • Act as an escalation point for critical customer issues across the region
  • Represent the voice of the rest-of-world customer in internal strategy and product discussions
  • Help define how Oligo covers the region as the customer base grows, building repeatable process rather than one-off solutions

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in a customer-facing post-sales role in B2B SaaS - Technical Customer Success Manager, Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
  • Proven track record of owning and exceeding renewal and expansion/upsell targets in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Several years of experience specifically within cybersecurity or a closely related technical domain (e.g., cloud security, application security, DevSecOps)
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, Linux, and at least one major cloud platform - able to read a deployment charts and hold your own in a conversation with a App Sec or DevOps engineer
  • Deep technical understanding of modern software environments - cloud infrastructure, application architecture, APIs, and how security tooling integrates into customer environments
  • Working understanding of application security, vulnerability management, and how a SOC operates day to day
  • Comfortable identifying, adopting, and championing AI tools to improve CS workflows, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Comfortable engaging directly and credibly with technical stakeholders (security engineers, CISOs, SOC teams)
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience contributing to a renewals/expansion forecasting process
  • Fluent Hebrew and English, written and spoken
  • Willingness and ability to work across time zones, covering European and APAC customers with occasional overlap with US colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the judgment to operate independently as our first Customer Success hire outside the US
  • Based in Israel, with ability to travel to customers and to company offices as needed
  • Experience with CS tooling and platforms (e.g., Vitally, Totango, or similar) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with runtime security, eBPF, or application observability tooling
  • Experience integrating with SIEM or observability platforms
  • Relevant technical or security certifications or a technical background (engineering, solutions architecture, or similar)
  • Experience partnering closely with Support and IT/Security teams on shared customer workflows
  • Experience at an early-stage company where the process did not exist yet
  • An additional European language

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
