Buscamos uma pessoa para atuar na rotina completa do Departamento Pessoal, com foco em folha de pagamento, encargos, férias e rescisões. Você vai trabalhar de perto com o RH e com a contabilidade, garantindo que os cálculos, prazos e obrigações trabalhistas sejam cumpridos corretamente.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesProcessar a folha de pagamento mensal, conferindo proventos, descontos e variáveis Apurar e conferir encargos sociais e trabalhistas (INSS, FGTS, IRRF) e as obrigações acessórias, como eSocial Calcular e controlar férias, incluindo programação, pagamento e emissão de recibos Realizar cálculos e processos de rescisão, com homologação e prazos legais Auditar a folha e os lançamentos, identificando divergências e propondo correções Manter a documentação e os registros dos colaboradores atualizados

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino superior completo ou cursando a partir do 6º período (Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Recursos Humanos ou áreas afins) Experiência comprovada em rotinas de Departamento Pessoal, com ênfase em folha, encargos, férias e rescisão Conhecimento da legislação trabalhista e previdenciária (CLT, eSocial) Domínio de Excel Experiência com sistema de folha de pagamento Experiência em auditoria de folha de pagamento Vivência em indústria ou em empresas com mais de um regime de jornada Conhecimento em indicadores de RH e análise de dados Pós-graduação ou cursos de atualização em DP e legislação trabalhista
