Are you passionate about the intersection of emerging AI technology, social media marketing, and empowering small businesses’ online presence?

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and design-savvy Junior Social Media Specialist to join our team at Olly Olly. In this role, you will be the critical human touchpoint bridging artificial intelligence and real-world brand representation. Rather than writing content from scratch, you will partner with Olly AI—our proprietary content generation engine—to review, refine, and lay out high-performing posts across diverse small business profiles.

Managing a dynamic portfolio of 225+ small business clients, you will ensure every account receives on-brand, error-free monthly content delivered accurately and on schedule.

A successful Jr. Social Media Specialist at Olly Olly combines sharp visual aesthetics, meticulous editorial review, excellent time management, and a strong understanding of how local businesses connect with their communities.

🚀 The Impact You’ll Have

- Publishing Pipeline & Portfolio Ramp: Lay out, schedule, and publish monthly social media schedules across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You will participate in a structured ramp-up process, starting at 100 to 150 accounts and scaling up to manage a full portfolio of 225+ clients with consistent, on-time delivery.

- AI Campaign Alignment & Quality Assurance: Review and adapt Olly AI–generated campaigns to ensure every post aligns with the client’s industry, local marketing objectives, and brand voice before going live.

- Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work in tight synergy with internal client-facing partners—including Account Managers and Account Coordinators—to quickly action feedback, address revisions, and maintain high client retention.

- Platform Standards & Template Innovation: Track evolving social platform guidelines, dimensions, and algorithm changes; propose layout and template adjustments to ensure Olly AI content formats cleanly and delivers peak engagement for local businesses.

✅ What We Really Need From You

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or digital production (agency or high-volume account management experience is a major plus).

- High-Volume Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational capacity, pipeline management skills, and comfort managing deadlines across 200+ distinct accounts simultaneously.

- Editorial & Visual Eye: Strong aesthetic sense for post layouts and typographic hierarchy, paired with an eagle eye for catching typos, awkward phrasing, or off-brand visuals.

- Tech-Forward Mindset: Familiarity with or eagerness to work alongside generative AI tools, digital asset libraries, and automated publishing platforms.

- Adaptability & Speed: Ability to switch contexts quickly between diverse industries—from plumbers and HVAC contractors to boutique retail and professional services.
