Bei Olmatic entwickeln wir intelligente, datenbasierte Lösungen, um die Energiewelt nachhaltiger, smarter und effizienter zu machen. Als Product Manager gestaltest du aktiv unsere innovativen Produkte, erkennst Marktchancen frühzeitig und stellst sicher, dass wir die richtigen Lösungen für die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden entwickeln.

• Produkte mit Impact gestalten: Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen und Marktanalysen in klare Produktziele und definierst innovative Features mit echtem Mehrwert.

• Strategie & Priorisierung: Du verantwortest Produkt-Roadmaps, priorisierst Features und sicherst den Product-Market-Fit durch regelmäßiges Kundenfeedback und Marktrecherche.

• Cross-funktionale Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit Engineering, UX/UI-Design und Marketing zusammen, um Produkte fristgerecht und in hoher Qualität auszuliefern.

• Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse: Beobachte den Markt, erkenne Trends, Wettbewerbsvorteile und entwickle proaktiv Maßnahmen zur Differenzierung und Positionierung unserer Lösungen.

Dein Profil

• Erfahrung im Product Management digitaler oder technischer Produkte, idealerweise im Bereich Software, SaaS oder erneuerbare Energien.

• Fähigkeit, komplexe Kundenanforderungen in klare User Stories und präzise Produktanforderungen zu übersetzen.

• Vertrautheit mit agilen Methoden, Tools wie Miro oder Notion und bewährten Product-Management-Techniken.

• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, strategisches Denken und eine hohe Kundenorientierung.

• Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative sowie eine pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Mentalität.
