Située à La Grande Motte, la Résidence Saint Louis du Golfe bénéficie d’un emplacement idéal, proche de la mer et à quelques pas de l’étang du Ponant. Établissement à taille humaine avec 65 lits, il offre un accompagnement sur mesure, notamment avec son Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP).

Notre résidence recherche un Infirmier F/H en CDD pour des remplacement occasionnels.

Votre mission consiste à offrir des soins de qualité à nos résidents en travaillant avec le cadre de soins et les équipes.

Pour cela, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Pratiquer des techniques de soins en veillant au bien-être des résidents
  • Délivrer les médicaments selon les protocoles établis
  • Suivre attentivement l'évolution de chaque résident avec une approche personnalisée
  • Collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe soignante pour trouver des solutions adaptées
  • Participer activement au projet d'accompagnement personnalisé des résidents au sein de l'équipe pluridisciplinaire

  • Accueil et intégration personnalisés
  • Respect d’un équilibre vie privée-vie professionnelle avec horaires stables (10 heures par jour, roulant sur 2 semaines)
  • Week-end de repos toutes les deux semaines (samedi-dimanche-lundi)
  • Matériel d'aide technique de qualité disponible (rails, verticalisateurs, lève-malade, salle snoezelen)
  • Formations régulières et parcours de développement
  • Restauration possible avec plateaux-repas complets préparés sur place

Titulaire du diplôme d'État d'Infirmier, vous aspirez à rejoindre un établissement axé sur le bien-être de ses résidents. Votre sens du relationnel, votre esprit d'équipe et votre capacité d'initiative seront des atouts essentiels pour garantir un accompagnement de qualité à chaque résident.
