Disposant de 87 lits, cet établissement moderne, à taille humaine, répond à tous les besoins des personnes âgées notamment grâce à son Unité de Vie Protégée (UVP).

Notre résidence recherche un Médecin Coordonnateur H/F à temps partiel (0,6 ETP) en CDI.

Rattaché(e) fonctionnellement à notre Directeur médical et sous la responsabilité hiérarchique de la Directrice d'établissement, votre mission consiste à participer à l'élaboration et la mise en œuvre du projet de soins de l'établissement et garantir les bonnes pratiques gériatriques.

Plus précisément, vous serez amené à :

  • Définir, coordonner et évaluer le projet de soins avec l'équipe soignant
  • Emettre un avis sur les dossiers d'admissions résidents
  • Évaluer les risques gérontologiques et définir des conduites à tenir
  • Évaluer et valider l'état de dépendance des résidents
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre d'une politique de formation et d'actions d'information
  • Présider la commission de coordination gériatrique
  • Promouvoir les actions de Prévention et Santé Publique
  • Participer au rayonnement de l’établissement au sein du territoire

  • Vous appréciez le travail d'équipe et souhaitez vous investir durablement au sein d'une structure.
