Vos responsabilités

  • Travailler avec le reste de l’équipe RH pour le recrutement selon les besoins de l’entreprise.
  • Mettre la main à la pâte pour l’exécution des processus RH.
  • Être mobile et répartir votre temps entre les sites de Asse, Malines et Zwijndrecht.
  • Être le point de contact pour les employés de ces sites.
  • Mettre en œuvre la politique RH définie dans notre plan stratégique.
  • Être super accessible, disponible pour les employés et flexible en termes de priorités.
  • Travailler avec l’équipe RH (recrutement, formation & développement, communication) à la « VINCI Way of Life »..
  • Rapporter au HR & Communication Manager.

Vous êtes

  • Titulaire d’un diplôme de niveau Bachelier, de préférence en gestion des ressources humaines.
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance du français, et une bonne connaissance en néerlandais
  • Bon auditeur et empathique.
  • Entreprenant, proactif, responsable et transparent.
  • Vous travaillez avec confiance (intégrité) et confidentialité.
  • Vous tenez bon dans une entreprise où le rythme de travail est élevé et les techniques variées.
  • Flexible et capable de prioriser.
  • Capable de travailler de manière très autonome et de gérer la pression.
